Those who can train and develop their specialists and managerial staff of tomorrow in-house are actively securing the future of their company. Because the shortage of qualified staff is a serious problem. We are therefore all the more pleased that this year six new apprentices and one dual study programme participant are starting their professional future with ABICOR BINZEL.

We welcome our new apprentices and StudiumPlus participants:

Colin Deibel starts his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, Ole de Groef begins his apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic. We were able to recruit Bastian Gärtner for the apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, and Martin Fritzler would like to become a cutting machine operator. Lukas Unger and and Kairy Fischer are learning the profession of IT specialist for system integration. We warmly welcome Luca Sommerlad to the bachelor's degree programme in electrical engineering.

Azubis_GF_AusbilderThe first day at ABICOR BINZEL was both exciting and informative. After the direct contact persons for the training period had introduced themselves, it started right away with live welding demonstrations in the in-house Innovation and Technology Centre (ITC). Everyone had the opportunity to experience the world of welding and see some welding technology products in action, which everyone will contribute to in the future.

After the management did not miss the opportunity to personally welcome all the newly qualified trainees, the first work safety information and other organisational points were on the agenda. The highlight was certainly the subsequent tour of all four plants, which gave our new employees an impressive first insight into the individual departments and the size of the site. After a joint lunch, the youth and trainee representatives introduced themselves and the industrial trainees slipped into their work clothes for the first time. Packed with new impressions, everyone was then released to enjoy their first after-work evening.

"Training is a key pillar for the future viability of our company. The promotion and training of young people is one of the cornerstones of our corporate philosophy. Because we can only achieve our corporate goals in the long term with qualified and motivated employees," explains Arndt Rosendahl, Director Finance & Administration.

In the next few years, many people from the BINZEL family will enter their well-deserved retirement, in some cases after more than 20, 30 or even 40 years of service. It is therefore all the more important to pass on their knowledge and skills to the next generation, so that the tried and tested can be combined with the new and developed further.

We wish our new employees a successful start in our company and lots of fun during their apprenticeship.
