We regret that the cooperation with our long-standing partner Scansonic MI GmbH ends, but we also see this as an opportunity to be able to serve our customers all over the world even more holistically in the future. With new strong partners and own product innovations, ABICOR BINZEL will not only offer products for laser welding and laser brazing in the future, but also perfectly aligned complete solutions from laser scanner optics to process monitoring to the final weld seam inspection for quality assurance.
In the future, we will cooperate globally with the expert for remote laser welding Blackbird Robotersysteme GmbH, who brings to the market innovative system solutions, especially for applications in electromobility. In addition to welding doors and related parts in car body construction as well as battery boxes, this partner company now enables us to serve new fields of application – from car seats to fuel cells.

The founding and development team behind Photonic Tools can look back on a track record of over 25 years, from which many trend-setting and meanwhile proven innovations in industrial laser technology have already emerged. We are convinced that we can present an innovative complete solution to users from the automotive sector, which makes laser joining even more efficient and reliable. Through the combination of competence and innovation from laser processing optics to wire feeding, ABICOR BINZEL together with Photonic Tools will set new standards in tactile laser joining.
