At the beginning of August it got very exciting for many young people: the start of their apprenticeships was close! At ABICOR BINZEL a total of eight new apprentices started their professional life, seven of them at the headquarters in Buseck and one in Dresden.

After a short round of introductions and getting to know each other, the managing directors welcomed them. It was not easy to find the right position for the group photo with an appropriate distance between each other. The following company tour was particularly interesting for the ABICOR BINZEL newcomers. This gave them the opportunity to get to know the extensive company grounds and the four different buildings.
After everyone had taken a lunch break, the trainees were able to get straight into the subject of welding technology, as a guided tour of the in-house Innovation and Technology Centre including a welding demonstration of a robot torch, was on the agenda.
The training of a new BINZEL generation is of great importance, because today's apprentices are the creators of the company of tomorrow and with self-trained specialists, the future can be shaped best.
