ABICOR BINZEL USA updates are below.

March 23rd, 2020

On March 23rd, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan ordered all non-essential businesses in the state to close.

As a supplier to critical Manufacturing and Defense Industrial Base Sectors, ABICOR BINZEL is an essential business and will remain open.

We will continue to promote Work from Home arrangements among our administrative staff to comply with the Governor’s orders.

Production and Shipping departments at our Frederick, MD office remain operating while practicing proper social distancing and hygiene measures.

The daily news reports about the rapid spread of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) concern us all with increasing, understandable uncertainty and concern. At ABICOR BINZEL, as with you for sure as well, the health of our employees, customers, business partners and suppliers has top priority.

To maintain the value chain, we check the order situation, your requirements and needs on a daily basis. Our extremely flexible team is still at your disposal for goods deliveries, inquiries, product advice, service topics, questions about welding technology and, of course, complaints. We do not leave you alone and are there for you. Please let us know your questions and tell us how we can assist you.

Your Product/Parts

  • Binzel’s manufacturing facility is fully operational at this time and we will continue providing products for your welding/joining needs
  • We have not experienced any disruption to our supply chain as of today

  • Team members are available via phone or email should you experience problems or difficulty with your equipment
  • Team members are available to visit your plant in case of emergency

  • Customer service/support is available 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST Monday through Friday

Our Employees

  • The health and safety of our team members is of utmost importance
  • Team members are fully aware of the importance of practicing basic personal hygiene to prevent the spread of the virus
  • Team members have been instructed to stay home when sick and notify supervisors of illness
  • We have limited non-essential work travel
